Well morning sickness lasts ALL DAY. Finding out I was pregnant finally made my sick feeling make sense. It then got worse. I would wake up and eat a water cracker, then I felt nauseous the rest of the day. Sometimes I could stomach a half piece of toast for breakfast. I could really only eat egg salad sandwiches and crackers and cheese. I was so tired and yuck that I didn’t exercise at all, and mostly slept in, watched TV, and then struggled to go to work. Coffee, beer, and fast food smells really made me want to vomit. I only threw up a couple times, and then once threw up brushing my teeth. Driving or riding in the car also made me very sick. About a week before Christmas it finally started to fade away.
