Finally we had a nice sunny day yesterday, so we drove down to Chambersburg to visit some family and get ice cream at the Milky Way. We also stopped at Cowens Gap on the return trip to enjoy some beach time at the lake. Wonderful!

Today, it rained ALL DAY…no joke, there was a small 1 hour no-rain period from 4pm-5pm. That’s It! We did swim in the pool at that time. Dad had heated it up for the last 2 days, so it was warm even though the weather was wet and cloudy.
