East Coast

We made it! Got on another C-17 from McChord to Andrews AFB. The 5 hour flight went smoothly; Zoe and I slept most of the time though it was freezing cold. We bundled in as many blankets as we could rustle up. Landing at Andrews was kind of surreal. I still can’t believe that I made it to the east coast this fast. Plus, I think after 48 hours of travel with really fuzzy “airplane” sleep and no stopping I’m going a bit nuts. My Uncle came to pick us up, which is so super nice. We’re staying here for a bit until we figure out how and when to meet up with Bryan. He’s flying into Atlanta on Tuesday and driving to PA, so it should be a cinch. Now…off to bed.

  1. Glad to hear you made it back stateside! Can't wait to hear about your adventures getting to Georgia. You might just wanna rent a car. USAA gives discounts you know. 750 miles. Or you could go halfway and Bryan could pick you up and drive the other half.

When you're bored, check out my site. Started putting up a few Spain pics.
