Ginger and Nutmeg have become such a part of our lives that it’s hard to imagine not having them with us. It’s fun to see their little personalities develop, too.

Nutmeg is demanding; he meows for food, he meows for petting, he meows for fun. He is also quite free with his purring, as long as someone is giving him attention.  This is the cat that takes over our pillows. He also loves food and is getting chubby!  Simple things for this kitty…. Like daily naps.

Ginger is a bit more complex.  He is more social and curious and around more, but doesn’t want all the attention.  He sleeps at the foot of the bed. He is always around and watching while Avi and I do homeschool time. He is an amazing hunter, and brought in a gigantic grasshopper today that hopped around the living room.  He watches the TV and drinks from the bidet. So, while he may not demand attention, he is a more constant presence.

  
They are both adorable with each other; cleaning and playing and making sleeping cat piles. They come inside when I call them and they are good litter pan users.

We are so in love with these two guys!
